Amandine Chaignot (born May 1, 1979) is a French cooking chef.〔(Biography of Amandine Chaignot on the site of ''Terroirs des Chefs'' ) 〕 She is currently the Executive Chef at the Rosewood London hotel. == Early life and education == The daughter of a scientist, Amandine is an excellent student, first of her class, who obtained her high school final exam with one year in advance. In 1996, she began studying in pharmacy at the Faculté de Pharmacie but quit in 1998 and reoriented herself in a culinary training.
